The Keeps & Tales service is easy and straightforward. First, place your order to receive your box. Fill it with your artwork and send it back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll professionally photograph the contents and send you an invoice for your selected products—whether images, books, or mosaics. After that, you’ll receive a proof to review and approve before we print.

1. Order Your Box
We’ll send you a box with a starter kit that includes order forms, simple instructions, a protective resealable bag for your artwork, and a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Fill & Send
Pack the box with your child’s amazing artwork, complete the order form with your preferences, and return everything to us using the prepaid label.

3. We Photograph & Prepare Your Art
Once we receive your box, we professionally photograph and enhance each piece to make it look its best. Then, we’ll send a second invoice based on the number of items and books you’ve selected.

4. We Create Your Digital Proofs
Your artwork is uploaded to your personal Keeps & Tales account, organized by child and age. Based on your instructions, we’ll create digital previews for your books.

5. Review & Approve
Log in at keepsandtales.com to review and edit your proofs. Once approved, we’ll print and ship your high-quality hardback photo book. Frame Mosaic proofs are sent via email for your approval.

6. Artwork Return or Recycle
If you’ve requested your originals back, we’ll return them in your Keeps & Tales box. Otherwise, we’ll responsibly recycle your artwork. To learn more, visit our process page.

Our current timeline for the Keeps & Tales process from receiving your artwork to delivering your Art Book proof is about 10–15 business days. You can check your order status & progress at any time in your account.

Shipping your box: 2 business days
Your KT Box will arrive within two business days after your order is placed.

Photography & Editing: 7–10 business days
Artwork is photographed in the order it arrives. Each piece is carefully lit and photographed individually by our team. We take time to prepare the artwork—unfolding corners, removing tape, and more. Our editors then crop and enhance each image to showcase your kid’s amazing artwork.

Invoice: 1–2 business days after art is photographed
You’ll receive a second invoice based on the number of pieces submitted and the number of books you’d like to print.

Book Building & Mosaic Creation: 2–3 business days
Our team carefully uploads your artwork into your Keeps & Tales account and creates a custom book proof based on your specifications. You’ll receive instructions to review, edit, and approve your book. If a mosaic is part of your order, you’ll receive the proof through email.

Printing: 2 business days
After you approve your book for print, please allow approximately 2 business days for printing and packaging.

Shipping your Art Book or Frame Mosaic: 2 business days
Once your items are printed and packaged, they’ll be shipped to you within two business days.

To update your shipping address, go to https://keepsandtales.com/signin/ and log in with the email you used to place your order. From there, you can edit and save your updated address.

Kindly ensure shipping address is updated before any orders are placed. All orders that have already been shipped or are in the printing stage will be delivered to the existing address at that time.

No-Rush, Return Your Box When You’re Ready!
There’s no deadline or time limit for returning your KT Box. We do encourage our customers to send their box within 15 days, but if you need more time, that’s completely fine. You’re welcome to return it later.

If it’s been a while since you placed your order, just double-check that your return shipping label is still valid before sending the box back.

You have the option to have your original artwork returned. You can select this during checkout when purchasing your box or send us an email at hello@keepsandtales.com.

If you have not selected the option to have your artwork returned and have not emailed us before your order is shipped, but still want your original artwork, there will be an AED 40 charge.

Your box will be sent by courier and generally ship out within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

You can find our processing time under “How long does the KT service take?” But if you require your book or mosaic by a specific date, please contact our customer service team.

We are more than happy to accommodate your request but kindly keep in mind the processing time to avoid disappointment.

Gather Your Art
Getting started might feel overwhelming, but once you begin, you’ll love rediscovering your kid’s creativity. Artwork could be hanging on walls, tucked away in drawers, bins, or forgotten corners, and some may already be proudly displayed. It’s time to gather it all and begin the journey of transforming those pieces into something meaningful and lasting.

Sort the Artwork
If your kids are old enough, invite them to help! As you sort through everything, set aside any artwork that’s too damaged or not worth keeping. Create a neat stack of the pieces you want to send. Using note cards or sticky notes to label each pile as you go will make things easier later.

Organize by Kid and Age/Grade
Now that you’ve narrowed it down, separate the artwork by kid, and within each group, arrange the pieces by age or grade level.

Label Your Piles
Use folded paper labels secured with string or clips to bundle each pile. Avoid rubber bands, as they can damage the artwork. Proper labeling ensures we keep everything organized exactly as you intended.

Fill Out the Forms. You’re Done!
Complete the included order form with your details and preferences. That’s it, you’ve done the hard part! Great job getting everything ready to be turned into a beautiful keepsake.

You don’t need to organize your artwork before sending it in. We’ll photograph everything in the order it’s packed—top to bottom. Once your book proof is ready, you’ll have the chance to rearrange the pages to your liking.

No problem! You can send art for multiple kids in one KT Box, just be sure each kid’s artwork is clearly separated and labeled. You’ll receive order forms inside the KT Box to help you stay organized.

• If you would like a separate book for each kid, fill out an individual order form for each one.
• If you prefer one book that includes multiple kids, simply list all their names on a single order form.

Inside your KT Box, you’ll find order forms to fill out. These help us understand what you’re sending and any specific preferences you have. The second page includes a notes section where you can add special instructions or requests for your order.

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account. Just go to My Account and sign-in with your email. You’ll be able to see when we received your box and view the current progress of your order.

While you won’t be able to preview your book before payment, you will have access to review and approve your book proof after payment and before it goes to print.

We require payment upfront because each project involves significant time and care.

Once your preview is ready, you’ll be able to make edits or changes before approving it for print.

When you create a Keeps & Tales account and have your artwork photographed and digitized, it will be uploaded directly to your personal account. You can access and view your pieces anytime under the Digital Art Gallery section.
